Protection and Reduction of Statelessness in U.S.

Article 13 of Universal Declaration of Human Rights: Everyone has the right to leave any country, including his own, and to return to his country.
The recognition of Stateless Persons in the United States should be the main core of US Administration in the protection of human rights of those vulnerable people living in this country. By implementing special procedures in domestic immigration policy dealing with stateless persons we will extinguish the gap in human rights violation that provides basic fundamental rights to any human being and does not exclude statelessness in their collective rights to dignity and existence. Domestically we can implement Statelessness Adjustment Act and on International level is to join United Nations 1954 Convention Relating to the Status of Stateless Persons.
